Senior Management

Kip Hallman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Insight Imaging. Mr. Hallman is responsible for providing overall leadership for Insight Imaging and setting our strategic direction. Prior to becoming President and CEO in 2008, Mr. Hallman served Insight Imaging in the roles of Interim Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.

Before joining Insight Imaging in 2005, Mr. Hallman was President of Right Manufacturing LLC, a specialty manufacturer. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Homesquared Inc, a supplier of web-based software applications to production homebuilders. In 1989, Mr. Hallman co-founded TheraTx Inc, which grew rapidly to become a diversified healthcare services company listed on NASDAQ.

Mr. Hallman currently serves on the board of directors of VeriCare Management, Inc. a provider of behavioral solutions to the long-term care industry. He also represents Insight Imaging in a number of external venues, including the Association for Quality Imaging (AQI), where he serves as Vice Chairman. Mr. Hallman personifies Insight Imaging’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of diagnostic imaging care and sets the tone for the company’s PRIDE core values.

Mr. Hallman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and is a California CPA.

Patricia Blank is Executive Vice President of Business Process Management of Insight Imaging. During her 10 year tenure at Insight Imaging, Ms. Blank has also held the roles of Chief Information Officer, EVP of Operations, and EVP of Revenue Cycle Management.

Ms. Blank has over 30 years of substantive experience in the health care sector, most specifically radiology and imaging. Prior to joining Insight Imaging, Ms. Blank was the principal in Rezner-Blank & Company, a health care consulting firm. Ms. Blank also served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of HealthHelp, Inc, a Houston-based Radiology Benefits Management company. From 1988-1995, she served as Corporate Director of Radiology for FHP, a large west coast insurance company with over 2 million covered lives in both staff and contracted care models in 14 states and one international territory.

Ms. Blank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology from De Paul University, and has an additional 15 years of management experience in tertiary and acute care hospital settings.

Bernie O’Rourke is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Insight Imaging. In this position, Mr. O’Rourke oversees all day-to-day imaging operations for the company’s business, which includes all fixed site locations and more than 100 mobile imaging units across the US.

Mr. O’Rourke joined Insight Imaging in 2005 as Vice President of Northeast Operations. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Division, a position he held until his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2008. As the leader of the eastern division, he oversaw operations, sales, business development and nine imaging partnerships.

Before joining Insight Imaging, Mr. O’Rourke was a member of the senior management of Dallas-based Radiologix, a provider of medical imaging services. Prior to his role at Radiologix, Mr. O’Rourke spent twenty years with MDS Inc., a diversified global life sciences company.

Mr. O’Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from The New School University in New York City.

Keith S. Kelson has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 1, 2008. Mr. Kelson served as Chief Financial Officer of Securus Technologies, Inc., a national telecommunications company, from September 2004 to July 2008 and served as Chief Financial Officer of Evercom Holdings, Inc., from March 2000 until it was acquired by Securus in September 2004. Prior to joining Evercom in 1998, he was a certified public accountant in the accounting and auditing services division of Deloitte & Touche LLP and held various financial positions with subsidiaries of Kaneb Services, Inc. He has over 20 years of combined accounting experience, serving seven of those years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP and thirteen years in financial management. Mr. Kelson has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Christian University, from which he graduated cum laude. He has had executive level education at IMD International in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Scott M^cKee is Senior Vice President of Strategic Development of Insight Imaging. In this position, Mr. M^cKee oversees all of our mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions, marketing, and other developmental activities.

Before joining Insight Imaging, Mr. M^cKee was a member of the senior management of American Health Imaging, a national provider of medical imaging services. Prior to his role at American Health Imaging, Mr. M^cKee spent a number of years in multiple roles with Center for Diagnostic Imaging, a national diagnostic imaging services company.

Mr. M^cKee holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.

Mike Jones is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Insight Imaging. Mr. Jones joined Insight Imaging in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of extensive healthcare experience to the company.

Previously, Mr. Jones served as Chief Legal Officer of Tenet California, with responsibility for a seven-attorney law department overseeing the legal, contracting, and compliance issues for 40 hospitals, including two major academic medical centers.

Prior to joining Tenet, Mr. Jones was a corporate partner at Brown & Bain in Phoenix, representing hospitals, physician groups and other health care providers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, antitrust, regulatory affairs, tax and financing transactions.

Mr. Jones has lectured frequently before various healthcare provider and legal groups, and authored several legal handbooks and manuals. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Georgetown University Law Center.
